SAM registered, HUBZone, 8(a) minority-owned small business DOC Development, Inc. (DDI) was founded in 2001 by President and Chief Executive Officer Radcliff Quarterman. DDI is certified in the following programs: ISO 9001-2015, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and Equal Business Opportunity / Small Business Opportunity – Atlanta. The company’s initial competencies consisted of six main categories: water treatment systems, janitorial cleaning and chemical solutions, industrial and safety supplies, medical equipment and supplies, warehousing and logistics management, and hospitality wares. However, the company expanded its capabilities and competencies to include defense contracting.
DDI holds two General Services Administration contracts. DDI, a multidimensional business, has extensive knowledge, interface, and engagement with the United States military. With a combined total of more than 23 years of robust and varied professional experience and abilities, the company offers the Department of Defense and other public and private organizations creative repair, maintenance, new equipment and systems testing, transportation and ground load checks, and sustainment support and services, warfighter support, drayage services, and other defense training related analysis. Joint preparedness training, professional services, equipment repairs, distribution, logistical, and sustainment support are among the areas in which DDI excels. Also, DDI offers engineering services, light manufacturing, prototyping, data maintenance, computer-aided designs, drawings, and 3D modeling.
